Horrible customer service by the hostess tonight. My brother in law stopped in at 4:55pm to put our name on the list while his family waited for my four year old to be released from the urgent care across the way. He told the male host we needed a table in 10 minutes. The host said there was no wait and just come back to be seated. Ten minutes later we all returned and the female host said it would be an hour and a half. We told her we had just been in and were told we could be seated right away. She rudely said while youre not on the list. We told her we had just been in and asked to be on the list and were told there was no need. She rudely said well there is now! Its an hour and a half! Not sure whats in her job description but greeting guests and poor customer service seems to be all she does. She should have apologized and offered some sort of a solution. We can’t put our name on the list if there isn’t one! Also telling customers that they should just take their table before the crowd is also an option. Dont tell people no problem come right back and then when they do blame them. I used to live this place but we definitely won’t come back.

Just had the worst salad I’ve ever had from a restaurant here, and I semi-regularly get salads from Wendy’s. The corn was inexplicably freeze dried, the avocado was from a pre-packaged container of mashed avocado and already turning brown by the time I ate it. Probably my fault for getting a salad from a burger place, but if it’s any indication of the quality of the rest of the food I’d steer clear.

A very underwhelming experience. The service was woeful at best and the food was passable. I had the 3 Pepper Bomb Burger, and to be honest, I didn't taste an ounce of spice. The only saving graces were the truffle fries and my chocolate shake at the end, which was divine. With improved service and some flavor in the food this place would be perfect.

Like others have stated, the service was VERY slow. Wait time on drinks, appetizers, and checks were way too long. I only had a group of 5 as well! Good food and drinks but the wait time killed the experience.

This place is a favorite of my son's. What I've learned is to get there early. If you get there after 4pm, there will be a lengthy wait. The wait staff are extremely friendly. The food is great. Their waffle fries are a must have. I've enjoyed every dish I have gotten from there. I found out last time that you can substitute chicken for any burger on their menu.

We came in for a nice dinner, we have been here plenty of times and loved it! The wait was 10 minutes, which is not bad at all. Once we were sat we ordered and was told they were all out of BLT’s, which was a little weird but ok, ordered a stack burger with no onions. When we got the burger it did have onions and we did not express that to our server, it’s not her fault that the cooks can’t read. After she gave our food she didn’t check on us at all until we were done. The problem is, she didn’t bring our child’s juice. When she finally returned, we asked her if we could get it and she replied with an OK as if all we had to do was ask. At this point, this is where the attitude kicked in. She gave our drink as if to kind of throw it down and walked away. She brought us our bill and didn’t say a word but had no problem talking to her co workers and high fiving them right next to us. As we left, she just stared us down, not to say thank you or have a good day. Will not be back. Used to be a favorite and always loved going. Thanks Kayleigh for the great service!

The calamari, oh the calamari! It's like Poseidon himself hand-delivered these crispy sticks of delight straight from the sea. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place that takes ordinary burgers and turns them into culinary masterpieces, look no further.
