St. Louis' Incredible Pizza Company

Terrible place. Had plastic in my food. Workers sitting at the empty food bars eating straight of the buffet instead of stocking it. Very dirty everywhere. Games were good.

Parking: There were plenty of parking spots Wheelchair accessibility: It's plenty of disabled parking

Great for birthday parties!

Horrible!!!!!! Upon entry the security is horrible and unfriendly, the entry puts you in the mind of a work house or a screen from Lean on Me, if you know movies!!! The guest services young lady was rude, customer service was horrible! I asked about packages only for her to look at me with an attitude and point to the posters and go back to doing what she was doing!!! Being charged for food and pay is a rip off, especially if you’re not eating. Then the audacity to charge a parent full price, to not play or eat is insane, so naturally we left!!!! The place was dim, dingy and smelled like old mop water!! We will continue to go to kokomo Joe’s, where we are always satisfied .

Cards (fun passes) from one location are not transferable to another location per the customer service rep. We were traveling through Memphis and stopped with our kids. We purchased $150 of games, etc. The play area was packed so our kids had to wait in lines for an excessive amount of time so after several hours, we left with almost full fun pass. The location closest to us in St Louis will not honor the fun pass.
