Following fermentation + a lengthy cold conditioning, Deluxe initially matured in freshly-emptied Balcones Distilling Mirador Single Malt Whiskey Barrels. ~10 months later, we transferred the beer into hand-selected Balcones Distilling Baby Blue Whiskey barrels + let it rest for another 14 months. Overall, our dual cask-aging process enlivens the base beer, making the final product richer + woven with complexity. โฃ Deluxe is meant to be enjoyed over hours or laid down in the bottle for years to come.$28.00
