Our "zone" offers members and guests with a range of fitness and movement instruction. Our "soul center" provides state of the art healing facilities such as an infrared sauna, hot and cold hydrotherapy, a salt water lap pool, dry float tank and meditation room to encourage soulful contemplation. The Well Cafe offers dine-in and take-away healthy food options.
