Spruce Cafe

The Spruce Café is located within the Paramount Hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Our espresso bar is top notch featuring a selection of all your favorite coffee concoctions expertly made by our baristas. In addition, we serve delectable breakfast and lunch treats. The Spruce also offers grab-and-go options including pastries, fresh squeezed juice, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and more! Spruce Cafe is open for breakfast daily until 11am. The espresso bar is open until Noon daily as well.
