What customer service! The best part of our visit was the bartender who made us smoothies. He was a genuine delight! Our friend we were riding with wanted to stop in for a break. Three of us ordered smoothies, but as I don’t consume much added sugar, I skipped it. I so appreciated the bartender being forthcoming in letting me know how they were made and that it had a substantial amount of added sugar. I was ok not having one, but he didn’t want me to feel left out so, so he created an all fruit one for me to try and didn’t even charge us for it. That was so sweet of him!
As Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, this is what we expect at all Marriott properties, but sadly, some properties fall flat. We weren’t even Camelback Inn guests, but we were treated like we were. Kudos!
I took off one star as I was disappointed in how they made their smoothies, but the others really like the ones they ordered. Can’t speak to any other food quality.
Everything on point here. Fresh, healthy, friendly staff, some creativity with the dishes. Just wish there was a slight up tick on the portion size here. Small wins—for instance increase the amount of greens in the salad, yogurt in the bowl, etc.
