Enjoy literature & libations with us Spine Indie Bookstore & Cafe is a consignment indie bookstore, cafe, and small event space designed to foster conversations in a safe environment. We serve coffee from Blueprint, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. We host the St. Louis Indie Book Fair, a podcast called Lit-up, and other various events, meetings, discussion groups, performances, and lectures.
