A guided tasting where participants explore single-origin coffees from around the world. In this class, learn how to taste different coffees based on region and processing method, and discover what makes each origin unique. From the bright, fruity notes of Ethiopian beans to the rich, chocolatey depths of Mexican coffee, you’ll refine your palate and gain a deeper understanding of what makes each coffee unique and special. You will also get the opportunity to taste one coffee varietal 3 ways: as an espresso, a pourover, and as a cappuccino to discover how brew methods can change or shift the same coffee’s tasting notes. This class will elevate your tasting experience and leave you with a newfound appreciation for the diversity of coffee.
