Southie's Bar Pizza

South Shore Bar Pizza (SSBP) is a style of pizza that is extremely popular along the southern coastal area of Massachusetts, where I grew up. It originated in bars where the 10 inch pan pizzas could fit on the bar in front of a patron, and grew into a large, popular regional offering with many restaurants, bars and take out spots offering their own versions of this delicious pizza. Our newcomer to the SSBP business, named: “Southie’s Bar Pizza” is located inside “Central Office Bar & Kitchen” in Bedford, Texas.
