Sourdough Heaven

Sourdough Heaven is a home-based Avalon Hills artisan bakery. Our bakery offers a nutritionally superior whole grain and gluten-free sourdough bread, high in fiber and protein. We use ancient and modern whole and sprouted grain, packed with nutrients, healthy carbs, protein, fiber, and vitamins. We make both boules (round shape) and pan loaves (sandwich bread) in over 17 varieties. We also offer starter cultures in four varieties, including gluten-free. Please note that orders should be placed online and we do porch pickup by appointment only.
