I went to the Sonic tonight, to find there was only one attendant and the cooks. Hats off to them, kind service in the mess of being scarecrow staffed. All of my food was hot AND right! Way to go!
First bad experience at a sonic drive-in. I am a regular at the sonic. Absolutely love their quick fixes and almost never had a less than good experience. However, this visit was quite different. Not only they took over twice as long as the other locations to deliver my food; they weren’t as busy, the food was not as good as the other ones. I think they are severely understaffed and it reflected in their service. Not a pleasant visit
Manager on duty is way too on the intercom. She also would not work with me and come up with a solution. I ordered on the app but from the wrong location. I told her that I would pay more but she didn't want to help me and I had to go 4 miles to the other store. I will not go back to this sonic.
They don’t take order for hours and don’t tell us to leave either rhorrrible
