Sonic Drive-In

This place is a joke food sucks and they are very rude. They never want to do there job. Do the community a favor and close it down

Bad service they closeee wey before the time there supposed to i went there at 10:45 and they close at 11 and didint take mi order since ther were “ closed”

I usually get the chili cheese dog and drink. Food and drinks are pretty good. I just have an issue with them not wanting to give me all my change back. It's my money, so what right do they have just keeping it.

The tater tots where old and cold and when they bought my drink out it was over flowing and it had way too much cherry syrup. I had to throw the drink out.

That Sonic location is a total mess. When they're not messing up on the order, they're serving old and cold food and give you a rude attitude when you try to get it fixed or refunded. Is run by children that have zero work ethic and zero customer service skills.

Went to Sonic on west university this morning for drink and bag of ice really are yaw getting so cheap u can't afford proper bags for ur ice it was put in white trash bag

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Ordered a breakfast burrito meal with an extra drink. Lady brought out the food, gave us our drinks and we told her they were not correct. She took the drinks back to get the right ones. At that time, I looked in the bag. It was someone else's order. My husband got out to walk up go the door and she gave him our change and the red tray they carry drinks in. He gave her the bag and told her this isn't ours. She argued that it is. We didn't order 2 grilled cheese and mozzarella sticks. Once we finally got the right food, we left. My food was not edible at all. I should have just threw my cash in the garbage instead of dealing with these people. It was more than obvious that sobriety isn't required to work there. Never again. Stars is right down the road and much better. 30 minutes just to get a breakfast burrito!!??!!!
