Sonic has implemented a new policy where they refuse to allow Delivery drivers access to customer orders until the driver shows the address of order recipient. They claim that this is to prevent the failure of orders to get delivered, but this is not because drivers are stealing orders. This reasoning does not make sense, and only serves to anger/ upset customers, drivers, and Sonic staff. Just order your deliveries from somewhere else.

Our order was messed up and we politely informed them & requested the correct food. We were met with nothing but disrespect & an insane attitude. I have never had a worse experience at any food place. The lack of professionalism is truly outrageous. The older lady that gave us our 'corrected' food was so rude, I was genuinely speechless. After getting our corrected item (chilli cheese tots) we realized that we received only half of the portion we were supposed to. I love going to Sonic but I will never visit this one again. Worst customer service I believe I've ever experienced. I'm truly in awe of the disrespectfulness towards customers.

The older women who works at night at this location has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. I will not be back. My food is always wrong & the workers are always slow to fix it & rude about it. Everyone should just drive a little further & avoid this Sonic location like the plague.

This store is consistently slow and absolutely prioritizes the drive through. Order took almost ten minutes to receive and the sauces and straws were missing. This was all after the app wouldn’t accept the order.

Sooooooo, I go to order food from one of the stalls because I know I have a large order, ordering for 5. I didn't want to hold up the drive-thru with a massive order, it was long enough as it was........ my third order in the girl interrupts me and says "this is going to take at least 25 minutes"......I say " I understand" she scoffs at me and says "fine, go ahead"............rude female dog. If I was here manager her check would be docked the $50.00 I just spent at the Sonic on Basswood by home depot.
