Sonic Drive-In

Great food. Hot, delicious and surprisingly...fast!

Stop by on a very hot day ordered 2 teas and on ice. The tea was strong, not watered down like I said, melted and very warm.

I ordered 3 meals. They got 2 of the meals correct but they got the last meal completely wrong. They entered it in the system correctly. It is extremely frustrating.

Order was messed up it was right on the screen but on receipt came out totally messed up a different. Asked them to fix it a they were rude as heck about it. I asked to speak to manager she came out rude as heck an a was being loud. I will not be coming back to this sonic again. Need new management!!!

I came to eat here with my family. We parked in a stall. We ordered and everything was fine. We tried to pay at the stall and it did not go through, the screen said card reader error. The bellhop came with our food and we gave her the card and told her the card reader was not working. She told us it was fine and that it didn’t work a lot of the time. She went to run our card again. She came back out and said it had declined and asked if we had our card locked. We told her no and my partner checked his phone to see if it had declined on the bank app. It had not. We assumed it was another card reader error, she went and tried to pay with it at another stall. She told us it had declined again, but my partner checked his phone again and there was no notification that it was declined. We asked if she wanted our food back since we had no other way of paying. She went and asked her manager and she said yes so she took back the food except our one ocean water. We thought it might be the system that wasn’t working so we went across town to the Eastland sonic, ordered the same food, and surprise our card worked. I wasn’t too upset until I told the worker there what had happened and he had a laugh, he then said that they are supposed to type in card numbers if that happens. She could have typed in our card number and it would’ve been solved. Go to Eastland if you don’t want your time wasted. Not a big deal but definitely an interesting experience.

Was great to get in and get out... And get a full belly to boot... LOL.... Was Very impressed with the Young man that came to the window And offered mint's.. OLD school style VERY NICE... Great job sonic drive in It a very frequent stop for me..
