We drop in for soft drinks with easy ice and NEVER get easy ice. I'm not sure why it's advertised as an option. During our most recent stop, the server repeated my order stating our drinks had light ice, but that was not the case. If it matters to customers that their orders are correct, pause before leaving to ensure your order is correct. It's such a a minor thing, yet they ought to get this right
First 2 items on my receipt were not in my order. Pushed the Red Button to notify; got put on hold, so no more pushing Button. Still didn't receive, so waited for a Hop to pass; called out to her and finally received my items.
I liked the Groovy Fries, they weren't bad at all.
