Sonic Drive-In

Took 30 min, gave me two extra drinks (thanks I guess), and forgot sauces when the food was finally ready. Had to wait another 10 min for sauces. Should’ve just gone to sonic down the road

This sonic has changed for the better, nice staff very friendly and fast.

Long wait and service is atrocious

Guy on drive though asked me 3 times. Every time I told him what I wanted he said no that doesn’t come in there. I finally just said never mind and left

Stopped in for gas and wow sonic inside had to try it. Employee were very polite and friendly. Food was made on time. Lloyd was our server. I would definitely be back.

I ordered French toast sticks and instead of getting syrup I got marinara sauce. Called up there to speak to someone about it told me I could drive back up there to get syrup told her ‘’Madison’’ I had already got back to my job her response was there was nothing else she could do. Me… Wow Really! Her… It’s was a mistake. My thoughts Reading is fundamental and everyone can’t read but try to make it right with your customers. I don’t eat marinara sauce with fresh toast.

This place is a damn joke. I ordered a small pickled fries and a small fry and queso. After seeing on my screen that my order was delivered i waiting about 4 mins and pushed the red button and said sorry I’m waiting for my order she said what’s your name I was like no I ordered and never got my food was told to wait a min it will be out. Waiting 9 minutes my food came out and guess what it’s cold I wasn’t going to say anything but then I asked for some queso which wasn’t on my fries. A young guy came out and said well ma’am it’s going to be a cost for your qeuso. After 10 minutes of asking for a manger one comes out. Says they did nothing wrong. Sad when paying customers have to make reviews for company’s to get a handle on this. Please do better

absolutely the slowest Sonic ever!! Do not come here thinking you’ll get in and out quickly! Orders are always wrong. I’ve been to this location several times due to close proximity and simply it gets worse each time. This location NEEDS new staff and Management ASAP!!!! 👎👎👎

Stop hiring miserable entitled victims who hate their jobs and hate their lives even more. Makes for horrible customer service.

The employees here are always friendly. The wait in the drive-thru seems to always be pretty long. The food is always good though, and rarely any mistakes.

15 min wait for a vanilla iced coffee and small Oreo blast. I had to repeat my order to the worker several times.. after waiting he hands me a cup of coffee and says “here’s your cold coffee…” almost annoyed I ordered something that is on their menu.. if you don’t know how to make it just tell me I would have gone somewhere else or ordered something else..

I’ve always liked this Sonic a lot, it’s clean, foods always been good and it hasn’t taken too long for food to come out. I know they’ve gotten some bad reviews but personally never had an issue!

I have given this Sonic chance after chance, they have yet to deliver quality food and or service. Literally only once they did ok and it was on a med mozzarella ONLY 😭. If you are ordering a combo or a meal family there is sure to be something wrong. They need to get it together. For it be a small one it's just disappointing. Like once or twice is one thing but EVERY SINGLE TIME 🥴🙃

Absolutely trash I paid for my order. The Worker girl says that the system isn’t workings and my card is still charge. Now the transaction is posted . She made it so hard for me to get my food and I was told her that the transaction had already went through, and I do not live close to that location so I would like a coupon or something. This is wildI’m filing a complaint now on their website

I've always enjoyed my visits here, I'm not too sure what everybody else is talking about a 30 minute wait all my visits were 5-10 minutes, yall are probably over exxagerating, but the food is real good, and I really enjoy my meals here

The food was terrible!

Takes forever to get food. Been twice already that I wait over 30 mins. And both times I gotten my order wrong. Today they didn't add bacon or jalapeños on my burger after I was charged for it. My drink was full of ice after I said easy ice🤦‍♂️.

The slowest drive-through in the history of drive throughs. Do not go here for “fast” food. Takes over 30 minutes with only two cars ahead when we arrived (one at window, one at ordering menu). Pretty sure only one person works here at a time. And she’s not in a hurry. And our food order was wrong. Missing entire food items.
