Faubert Casimir is the second generation running the family distillery based in the village of Barraderes. This single cane bottling was made from organically grown Hawaii sugar cane variety, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in a pot still to proof. Showcasing vivid complexity, the rum projects pure notes of tropical flowers, ripe fruits, dried nuts and delicate spices including notes of lime leaf, dragon fruit, lychee, almonds and cinnamon. Tasting the traditional Clairin rums of Haiti is easily one of the most eye-opening and awe inspiring experiences you can have. This independent distillery is run by Michel Sajous in the northern high altitude village of Saint Michel de L'Attalaye. Fritz Vaval is the second generation running this family owned distillery, having taken over for his father who founded it in 1940. Here he dedicates himself to the time honored traditions of Clairin. This natural spirit is made from the Madame Meuze species of cane which is fermented naturally with wild yeasts from the fresh pressed juice shortly after harvest. The spirit is distilled to proof in pot stills. The rum is floral, herbaceous and saline with notes that really evoke the terroir and bring the land to life in your glass. You can almost feel the sunshine radiating from the spirit. On the palate the rum is sharp, focused and precise but very easy to sip at the same time. Venezuela- The nose reveals tropical fruit aromas well balanced by toasted oak notes, providing a distinctive bouquet, slightly dry on the palate with delicate wood and fresh citrus fruit flavors that combine for a pleasant, long-lasting finish.

A perfectly-aged, limited edition expression of Diplomatico Rum produced exclusively in their original copper pot still from 1959. The Licorerias Unidas S.A Distillery was founded in 1959 deep in the heart of Venezuela in partnership with Seagrams. The partnership was very successful, supporting Rum production in the Seagrams portfolio for decades. During the acquisition binge of the 1990s, Seagrams was largely acquired by industry giant Diageo who already had a large production capacity. Seeing an opportunity, local management and entrepreneurs bought the distillery and the Diplomatico brand from Diageo in 2002, renaming it Distileria Unidos. Today they produce a wide array of quality Spirits under family ownership.

Clement Select Barrel is a lovely classic Rhum Agricole from the island of Martinique in the French Antilles. Martinique was a powerhouse of sugar production in the 19th century, but eventually the business went bust. The mayor of Le Francois, Homere Clement, whose name is printed on this bottle, decided to use sugar crops to produce Spirits. Imitating the methods of Cognac production, he created Rhum Agricole, which is made from freshly squeezed sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

Mexico - Arette is a brand of Tequila produced by the Orendain family. The current masters distillers represent the fifth generation producing tequila. Made from 100% estate-grown lowlands Agave, Arette has always prioritized quality over quantity, preserving the original artisanal practices. After 15 hours of roasting, agave are shredded and fermented with a special house yeast in the distilleries original cement vat for 6-7 days, and finally pot distilled and double-filtered before bottling. The fragrance is zesty and lemony. On the palate, dried herbs, juicy florals, and green pepper come forward, plus a trace of vegetal savoriness. Finishes light, with lively lemon zest. The new spirit is rested for 60 days in stainless steel before being bottled.

Mexico - Don Fulano is one of very few 100% Estate-grown, family-owned tequilas produced from ground to bottle - made by fifth-generation agave farmers using only handpicked mature agave plants, proprietary yeast and volcanic spring water, without additives. Mexico - In 1937 Don Felipe opened La Altena distillery in the mountainous region of Jalisco, Mexico, known for producing the best blue agave. His passion for doing things just right inspired his family to continue handcrafting Tapatio so it could be enjoyed by future generations. Don Felipe passed the business to his son, Felipe J. Camarena Orozco, who in turn passed it on to his daughters, Lilianna and Gabriela, and to his son, Carlos, who today, as Master Distiller, maintains the standards of excellence set down by his grandfather, Don Felipe. Carlos and Marko have been scheming to create this smooth 110 proof (nicknamed B110) for a couple of years and are excited to see the amazing cocktails that come from it.

This Raicilla is produced by Maestro Tabernero Don Alberto Hernandez in the village of Llano Grande of the coastal region Cabo Corrientes, 700 metres above sea level. Don Alberto cultivates a mix of agaves: Rhodecantha and Angustifolia. Rhodecantha matures after 12 years and Angustifolia after eight. The agave is roasted in a wood fired adobe oven. It is distilled two times in a Philippino still made out of copper and a hollowed out tree trunk.

This Raicilla is produced by Maestro Tabernero Don Arturo Campos in the village of San Juan Espanatica, Tuxpan (Jalisco) at approximately 1,400 metres above sea level. The agave used is both Cenizo and a type of Angustifolia known locally as Lineno, which is harvested after seven years. The agave is roasted in an earthen oven and it is then distilled twice in a philippino style still made from clay pots.

This Raicilla is produced by Maestro Tabernero Don Ruben Pena in the mountains in the village of Mascota, Jalisco. At 1,500 metres above sea level, Don Ruben cultivates Agave Maximiliana from seeds. The agave is roasted in a wood fired adobe oven and he uses wild yeasts to ferment the aguamiel, or must, in 200 litre vats. Distillation is performed in an arabic-philippino still and bottled after only one pass.

Los Vecinos del Campo is a mezcal project from the Sazerac Company (makers of Buffalo Trace bourbon and many other brands) and Casa San Matias, one of the oldest tequila distilleries in Mexico. Carmen Villarreal, CEO, and owner of Casa San Matias is leading the project. Los Vecinos del Campo released its agave Espadin mezcal in December 2018 and two other expressions, agave Tobala and Ensamble No. 1, in late 2019.

Vago Elote has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. It has a prolonged finish loaded with mint and papaya. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, Aquilino Garcia Lopez adds roasted corn from his farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. Siembra Metl Don Mateo is mostly produced by Emilio Vieyra in Pino Bonito, Michoacan. Emilio's distilling practices go back 5 generations. The Vieyra family cultivates their agaves and produces their spirit between the Rio Balsas basin and the Eje Neo-volcanico de la Sierra Madre del Sur. The fields are at an average of 7,500 ft and the Vinata where the spirit is roasted, macerated, fermented, and distilled sits at 7,000 ft. Check your bottle for details as they tend to vary slightly from batch to batch. The Siembra Metl brand also features some rare special edition releases from other producers, and they bottle tequila under the renowned Siembra Azul and Siembra Valles labels.

KY, USA - This is a very well-integrated whiskey with a lovely balance between creamy and spicy. There's a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. The finish is also very reminiscent of soda pop (root beer float? Cherry Coke?), almost giving the impression of carbonation, with a lingering muted spiciness. It's extremely thick and coating. Water cuts that mouth feel, to its detriment.

The three expressions of Old Forester are then batched together and minimally filtered to craft Old Forester 1870 Original Batch.

Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond is crafted to honor a watershed moment in bourbon history -- the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This expression follows the Bottled in Bond standards that whisky must be aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years, the product of one distillation season, one distiller and from one distillery and bottled at 100 Proof. The concept behind these regulations -- the idea of 'sealed in quality' -- was something Old Forester introduced in 1870, as America's First Bottled Bourbon.

1910 Old Fine Whisky represents a specific point in Old Forester's nearly 150-year-old history. In October 1910, a fire caused the bottling line to be shut down for an indefinite period of time. Complicating matters, there was a vat of mature whisky waiting to be bottled. Otherwise facing ruin, this whisky was instead stored in new, charred oak containers to rest until the line could be repaired. This double barreling was the first such documented of its kind and led to it gaining the name Old Fine Whisky.In order to produce 1910, standard Old Forester has undergone a second barreling in a lightly toasted, heavily charred barrel. Mature Old Forester enters a second barrel at 100 proof, just as it did in 1910, said Old Forester Master Taster Jackie Zykan. The second barrel is charred nearly to the point of incineration.

During Prohibition, all whiskies had to be bottled at 100 Proof. With a barrel entry proof of 100, the angel's share would have created a 115 proof whiskey after maturation. To pay homage to this era, Old Forester presents 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon at 115 proof to represent the rich flavor profile this bourbon had nearly 100 years ago.

Kentucky - The Willett Distilling Company or Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, as it is also known, is a small, family-owned company that markets Bourbon and Rye Whiskey. They're located in Bardstown, Kentucky. As a relatively large independent bottling company, they're called the big daddy of Bourbon and Rye Bottling. The company wasn't actually operating as a distillery from 1980 to 2012, when they re-established the distilling process using both column and pot stills. So far they've been using Whiskey distilled elsewhere to make their products, and it will be a few more years before they can use their own distillates because of the necessary ageing process. Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon was introduced in 2008 and is a hand-selected, limited Kentucky straight Bourbon, aged 8-10 years and bottled at 47% ABV. It comes in one of the coolest decanters on the market.

New York - When rye comes off the still it is sweet, grassy, and floral. A traditional spicy characteristic all come from the barrel. With this whiskey, our goal was to lightly oak the rye distillate in our 7-year bourbon barrels with added fresh oak staves.

Kentucky - Wild Turkey 101 Rye Whiskey has a bit of a story to it. Their 101 Bourbon is one of their most popular offerings and the Rye was close behind. But supply issues crept in and there was a dark period when from about 2012 to 2015 when you could only get it at the distillery or in the secondary market. This made everyone sad. But got their supply chain running again and one of our favorite cocktail Rye Whiskies has been continuously available since then. The mash bill is 51% rye, 36% corn, and 12% malted barley. There is no age statement, but it is a mix of deeply-charred #4 barrels aged four to five years and --- as the name states --- it's bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV). Time to mix up a Manhattan.

Nikka From The Barrel is a blend of multiple types of malt and grain that Nikka reserves. It was created to deliver full flavors and the richness of whisky from barrels which only blenders can sniff and taste. As the whisky contains so many characteristic components at a higher alcohol of 51.4%, it is essential to let the liquid marriage in used casks for 3-6 months for it to stabilize and harmonize. The concept of the unique short squared bottle is a small block of whisky, which perfectly visualizes the rich and strong taste of the whisky inside.

Japan - This is a signature grain whisky which was released in 2012. The Dalmore 12 is recognized as a whisky with character far beyond its age. Italy - The health-enhancing properties make this the favored digestivo at tables across the world. Traditionally served straight up at the end of a meal, it aids in digestion and cleanses the palate. It can also be used to spike espresso to make the famous caffe corretto, spiked coffee.

Branca Menta is the mint version of Fernet Branca. It's 30% alcohol and has a very firm herbal, bitterness, but it is supplemented by an intense mint scent. Like Fernet Branca, you can drink it mixed with cola or you can serve it straight on ice.

Italy - Preparation of this fine almond-flavoured liqueur relies on a laborious production methods. With the finest quality of almonds, peach and apricots the infusion combines ancient Uuropean tradition in a refined Italian taste.

France - Created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle. A delicate blend of fine cognacs and distilled essence of tropical oranges, aged in French oak casks for roundness and subtlety. Long finish of bitter orange, orange marmalade and hazelnut. Use in margaritas or martinis.

Jamaica - A blend of pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill, sugar and Jamaican Pimento, also known as allspice. Fresh Jamaican pimento is ground and blended into a tank of light Jamaican rum from Worthy Park. After seven days, the mixture is filtered, then sugar and water are slowly added until the ABV has been lowered to 30% ABV. There is no color added to this product.

Mississippi - Dark reddish mahogany color. Complex, roasted aromas of blackened walnut, charred chicory, mace, dried rose and geranium, ginseng, and fine espresso with a round, crisp, sweet medium-to-full body. Very distinctive liqueur that will up your cocktail game.

Italy - Bright and clear, this Marasca cherry liqueur has been made in Padova since 1821. It features an earthy nose and a sweet, creamy wild berry flavor with spice. Long finish. Awarded Gold Medal at 2019 International Spirits Challenge.

France - Aromas of orange blossom and candied orange zest with notes of toasted wood. Deliciously bitter-sweet orange enhanced by notes of candied orange and a touch of hazelnut, almonds and marzipan on the palate. Enjoy on its own.

United Kingdom - Dark tea color with a reddish tint. Gin-based, with subtle flavors of spice and citrus fruit. Can be mixed with lemonade or various fruits such as apples, oranges and lemons.

California - Made with fine brandy, star anise, mint, wormwood, lemon balm, hyssop, meadowsweet, basil, fennel, tarragon and stinging nettles. This infamous liquor reveals seductive flavors of anise complimented with sweet grassy tones, light citrus, white pepper, and light menthol notes.

France - The secret to this sweet treat is elderflower blossoms hand picked in the foothills of the Alps. Try as an after dinner drink or added to some bubbly for a festive cocktail.

Tempus Fugit Spirits Creme de Cacao is based on a 19th-century recipe, cross-referenced in English and French. Terroir is important for ingredients, and the original source of cacao for the best Creme de Cacao was cacao from Venezuela while the best source of vanilla was from Mexico, so it was important that these two ingredients be specifically sourced to reproduce the best quality of Creme de Cacao. The raw cacao is distilled and the distillate is then macerated with additional cacao and crushed whole vanilla bean. The process not only gives a depth of character, but also naturally colors the Creme de Cacao a medium brown. 24% ABV

Tempus Fugit Spirits Creme de Menthe is fully distilled from botanicals and is unique in its genre. After cross-referencing manuals in three languages, it was discovered that a true historic creme de menthe is quite a complex spirit, and cannot be made correctly with mint alone. After finding a few recipes that remained faithful in these different languages, the necessary plant ingredients were assembled and numerous test distillations we conducted. The botanicals are macerated and then fully distilled; the finished distillate is reduced with spring water and cane sugar, similar to the Creme de Cacao. While fully distilling botanicals for the Creme de Menthe is costly, and the heart of the distillation is quite small in yield. This method produces the best results and the most authentic product. 28% ABV

Tempus Fugit Spirits Creme de Noyaux is a classic 19th-century French liqueur made with distilled apricot and cherry pit kernels, combined with bitter almonds and other botanicals. Its complex, nutty, tree fruit-sweet aroma and flavor has a slight touch of balancing bitterness on the finish. Many years of research and tests were needed to finalize the production techniques and secure local sources of the natural ingredients required by the original protocols.
