SOMISOMI

The ice cream was ready super fast & tasted amazing! The only downside is that most of the workers were super rude and very impatient with customers. Order names or numbers were being called and the workers would angrily yell out the order if the customer was not immediately there, despite the packed shop with people waiting outside. I even witnessed another worker slamming taiyaki boxes onto the counter when giving it to the customer, in which the customer flinched at the worker and did not say anything. Finally, another worker yelled out loud threatening to not give a customer their order if they did not come up to retrieve it, despite the order being called for only a couple of seconds.

I am not a fan of this but everyone else in my family loves this. The soft serve is very tasty and creamy, without being overly sweet. Taiyaki here is honestly one of the best I've tasted in America.

Overall good. My one complaint is the cookies and cream flavor didn't have much, well, flavor. My mom got the honeydew and mango swirl, which was much better, very flavorful. The fish cookies are freshly made and taste yummy with Nutella and custard filling. Definitely recommend getting it with a bowl or you will probably spill your ice cream. They need more kiosks. Two is WAY to few. The space is space enough as it is without a long line of people waiting for a kiosk.
