So rude and racist

Their hours are not convenient at all and the only way to pay is in person or over the phone. When I tried to pay for my order I struggled to make it to the store so I decided to just go through with giving out my info over the phone. I was met with disrespect and a lot of confusion on their end obviously due to lack of communication, again, on their end! Will not be doing business with them!

Would give a zero if I could. Owner Laurie is super unprofessional. Not willing to fix a bad experience. Beware. Didn’t eat the cake, and notified bakery right away. But thanks Laurie your so awesome and professional! Hung up because Laurie was yelling at me and not standing behind her product. It’s fine lesson learned.

I love to spoil people on their birthdays, and if you are looking for a specialty cake, this is definitely the place to go! They are very accommodating and very good at what they do. No complaints and I will definitely be coming back!
