The good was good/okay. The service was simply horrible. We had to ask multiple times to bring the same order…

As we passed the restaurant,during lunch hour, it was the bread basket and that wonderful glass of red wine..."that had me at come and mange!" Little did I know, the bread basket had a small ramekin of the best marinara sauce I have ever tasted. I even asked the GM if they sold jars of it! Unfortunately, no. The food at this restaurant was fantastic…I ordered their cannelloni, which is shown on the menu as being served on a bed of red sauce. I requested (and received at no charge) a side of their garlic cream sauce so that I could eat it in the manner that I have been accustomed to (served on a bed of red meat sauce, but with a white cream sauce poured on top.) Their white sauce is excellent. I am glad that I ordered it that way, as it was delicious. It would have been pretty good anyway, but adding their white sauce put it over the top. Unfortunately, regarding their service and atmosphere, there was nothing to set it apart from any one of the dozens of their competitors. The food was great, the rest was average. It was well worth the price, and getting it to go to eat at home or in the hotel would be a great option

Terrible customer service and cookies are not delicious

This place has the best Carbonara that I have ever had. Super reasonable price point for all items on the menu and the portion sizes were also great! Our server (Laura) wasn't the most helpful or patient. The water glasses had a really strong smell and were pretty dirty- but not everyone in our party had this issue so it could have just been one batch that wasn't properly washed.

Horrible customer service

Nos asignaron mesa muy rápido al igual que las bebidas. Después de llevar la comida nadie más se acercó, buscábamos un mesero para pedir más cosas y nadie nos atendía. Decidimos irnos y para poder salir fue un caos ya que nos llevaron la cuenta dos veces y nadie se acercaba a cobrar. Tuvimos que ir a la barra a pagar donde tardaron 10 minutos en atendernos solo para poder pagar. Desafortunadamente tiene muy mala organización y cero atención a los comensales. El lugar no estaba lleno y no ameritaba tan pésima atención.

The Service was really bad. No one took care of us, the men who cleaned the table never said a word. We asked for a Coke refill three times. The food was okay but the Margharita had way too much pepper on it.

My wife and I stayed near Little Italy and decided to stop at Solunto Restaurant and Bakery. It looked busy and we liked the vibe. We ordered the Carbonara and Quatro Stagoni pizza. Food came out and we saw a little charring on the pizza, no big deal still looked pretty good. After a few bites we noticed it tasted more like ash than pizza. Looked at the bottom and found out it was mostly burnt. It was basically unedible. The carbonara was pretty good though. The waitress came out to check on us, I let her know the pizza was mostly burnt and we couldn't finish it. She apologized and told us that they use a wood fire oven. I've had many wood fire pizzas before and this was by far the most burnt. We decided to end the meal and skip dessert.
