Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

The lower scores aren’t because the food is terrible, it’s at least okay, but the customer service at the Westport location and the parking is terrible. The Overland Park location was much better on both sadly enough. Parking: The Westport location just isn’t great, but it’s common for the area. The customer service is the bigger issue. The person at the door should never make a person feel like they don’t want them to wait.

Food is good, thankfully. But the staff is the worst part. Rude, and no professionalism. We have been lied to and forgotten on several occasions. Likely will not return

Rude, entitled, and obnoxious staff that can't even cook a poached egg properly and will harass you if you dare to complain. Slow service and long waits with poorly cooked food.

Good pancakes , breakfast taco was cool but overpriced for 1 $5.5..ouch...

Service was not friendly, I felt unwelcome. Food is okay. I really liked the Yellow Bird hot sauce.
