Smoothie King

Comfortable atmosphere with healthy treats! Came in with my family on a Sunday around 6pm, welcomed by the staff and wasn't disappointed. (4-21-24) Definitely will return to keep trying items off the menu.

I ordered two strawberry mango fuze. My friend and I couldn't taste the strawberries nor the mango but instead this other concentrated flavor that wasn't either of the two fruits we wanted to taste.

The service was excellent and they're extremely helpful. Try using the App for the full menu. You can also add different enhancers to your smoothie

Your employee "TRINITY THOMAS" as she clearly stated her name. I placed and order at 5:09pm when it took me 45 min to get my order. Trinity was not putting the tops on the blender and the smoothies were spilling out all over the inside of the blender cover. Instead of her remaking the smoothies she was just adding ice to make up the room for the smoothies. People were pay for blended ICE. I said my family owned smoothie king and this is not acceptable service. When she finally had gotten to my smoothie she makes it and tells me BYE! I said I ordered two smoothies. She stated she did not care! BYE! I said I want my other smoothie! She again walked off (to the back behind the door and said I don't care) I said I am not leaving with out my smoothie. The other little guy working with her made the smoothie. The front was busy with several customers and she was rolling her eyes at the clients when they asked her. questions, making in correct smoothies for customer and she was not remaking the correct smoothie. I noticed that (I know y'all have a cup count) that she was pouring smoothies onto cups and then realizing she did not make enough and then again pour the mix back into the blender and adding additional cups of ice to make enough smoothie for the cups. Basically everyone was getting cups of Blended ice. She was rude to the customer and I also sent a complaint to corporate and called my sister in law about the issue asking how to make sure that the owner JOANN was notified about this VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE! I go to this smoothie king several times a week and this was the first I noticed this female I do hope that she is not working in the future or I will no longer shop for my smoothie at this location. I do since he is next to the gym where I work out.

Great service and knowledgeable of the menu

Waited 26mim for 1 item. Nobody was in the building except me.. I asked how much longer. The ladies said he's making it. He's new.. Didn't help him make my order to speed up the process. Just let him crash and burn. I am not blaming the new guy. Blaming the 3 workers who just walked around not even helping.

Customer service is rude, Veterans Day is all day but “free” smoothies from 2-6 which the website doesn’t specify. Very convenient for us Veterans

This location has the best service because of the great team members. They go beyond their duty to bless your day, prompt and friendly. Order is always on point and served in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order on a busy day at this location. Be sure to stop by for your Smoothie!
