Terrible customer service stood in line for 5 min just to be ignored and have everyone else's order taken in the drive through.

Fast and friendly

I never really checked out smoothie shops until I went to this location. I had a great experience. The drive-through had an efficient method, the window/cashier staff were friendly, and everything looked clean. I did witness a misunderstanding from a different customer, but it looked like the employee had it handled in a professional way. It looked like the management was really teaching customer service the correct way. I can’t say that about many places.

Little girl with attitude in drive through 7:25pm Saturday night is straight trash. Worst customer service I can’t believe they’d even hire someone like that to work here place has gone down so much because of the people they let work here so sad.

I don't remember her name. But whoever the lady is that was working today 7/24/24 at 11:30am. Did a wonderful job! She was handling the drive-thru, walk-ins, preparing the smoothies and delivering to the outside customers and inside customers all by herself. She was so respectful, sweet and communication was great! My smoothie was delicious! 😊

Big change last 2 yrs with service

Everybody over here makes the BEST smoothies!!! I went to sooo many different locations and this store is the only store who makes it just right!!! I will come here every time! They are so nice and friendly and I love the environment here!!!

I used to order all the time and the smoothies were perfect. Over the past month or so they’ve been super watery with big chunks of ice. It seems like they are not being fully blended anymore.

Today me and family visted this location and i have to give them a 5 star for their patience with taking the orders and bring friendly with professional 😊

The manager Ms Monique was amazing and extremely helpful! Customer service couldn't get any better! Almost thought I was at chik fil a until I got my perfectly blended smoothie!

Smoothie🥤 King👑 is open. The establishment is still clean safe. The staff is pleasant and efficient. Everyone wears a mask. They offer pick up, curbside and drive thru. And most important, the smoothies ARE DELICIOUS😋
