It says they open at 7am but at 7:20 I drove to the window and no one took my order waited for 5 minutes before driving off. Plus the guys that work here are not friendly!
Qur'nasia needs to be retrained. She had a terrible attitude and was rude for no reason. Terrible customer service. The guy they had behind the counter also had his underwear hanging out making drinks/food and no gloves.
Worst smoothie king in the area…and all smoothies are watered down and their attitude in am is like “Why am I here”, with pet hair all over…

Just fyi, hours on google might need to be updated :) Went through a moment ago and it was pitch black.
We were accidentally given the wrong drink and an employee ran after us in the parking lot and made sure I received the correct drink! Wonderful service and I so appreciate the dedication!
Ordered online but hours hadn’t been updated so when I went to pick up my online order they were already closed. Haven’t been able to connect with anyone for a refund or replacement smoothie bowl. I just recommend double checking that they’re open before sending an online order in. In my experience the Brentwood location is a more consistent.

This place just reopened after having been closed for a couple of months. Just stopped by today to get a smoothie, ordered two. After paying at the window, a couple of minutes later was told they had run out of green tea tango. So I was told to pick a different smoothie. Did not like any of the options so requested an acai bowl and said I would pay the difference. Then the cashier proceeded to charge me the full amount of the acai bowl and did not refund me for the smoothie. When I asked her if she has applied the smoothie credit that I just paid for, she said "oh we can't do that". All the while the other employee who was making the smoothie started huffing and puffing because I didn't want a smoothie she had already made. Then the cashier proceeded to ask, "do you want a refund?". Ummmm, YES! . Poor customer service!
