Banana boat smoothie is great

RUDE! I stopped by today to get a smoothie. I was the only person in the drive thru line; literally nobody ahead of me or behind me. The employee asked if she could help me and I told her I needed a minute to look. A couple of minutes pass and she asks me again if she can help me and then asks if there’s a certain type of drink or fruit I’m looking for. She said something including the words “company policy”. I didn’t fully hear her so I asked her to repeat what she had said and she literally told me “it’s company policy to only give each customer 3 minutes and 30 seconds.” I told her no thank you and I’d be going elsewhere. Smoothie King better change their policy or instruct their employees not to blurt out their 3 1/2 min per customer company policy if they want to keep business. I left and won’t be visiting this location again.

Got 3 different smoothies, all were so good... definitely recommend!! Looks like they have a ton of variety...even protein shakes,energy drinks...etc...

Lemon banana twist smoothie is yummy

Treated with so much unbelievable kindness by the fine employees after a long day. It just doesn't feel any better than people who still treat customers this well. Thank you for being awesome!

Waited In The Drive Thru For 45 minutes with one car in front of me. For ONE Smoothie. Unreal

Sitting here right now. Two employees with zero customer service skills. All chairs are up and says closes at 9. Customers walking in and not being attended to without literally 10 min. Wait to take orders. Customers walk out in frustration and employees smirking about it. Not answering phones either. Wow!

Devon is super sweet and such a delightful way to start my morning!!! She was kind enough to explain to me all the specials Smoothie King is having. Delicious smoothies here and l’ll definitely be back while I’m still here in Marion.
