Super polite service and very clean!

I come here at least 1-2 times a week and the staff is absolutely the best order is always made quickly and with a smile!

Food is usually good. The employees just always seem to be in a bad mood and it seems like they just hate their lives and that’s just horrible customer service especially when you speak to people in a certain tone. The other thing is you never know when they’ll be open on time or not.

Went to get a healthy option today. Discovered the store only had 1 young lady working . She was overwhelmed with tickets. This store has had many issues with keeping staff. Very unfortunate because it is a good location..

Real hit-or-miss location. Some days=perfect. Other days...well, let's just say that getting a not-quite-right product a full 20 minutes after estimated pickup time is less than ideal. Anecdotally, it seems weekdays > weekends, and mornings > afternoons, but that's based on a limited dataset.

I ordered my smoothie online and it took 40 minutes to get it. The staff was friendly, and it was clear that they had a ton of orders. So once the crowd died down, we discovered that for some reason, the ticket didn’t print. So once it was discovered that the ticket didn’t print, they made a new one. Then I sat there for over 10 minutes watching the 5 staff members walk past my ticket while they whipped counters and mopped the floor. I had groceries melt in the car because ordering online usually has me in and out in under 5. The smoothie I eventually got wasn’t made correctly, missing ingredients (it should have been green and it was a pale yellow color).

Online order took an extra 20 min and they jacked the order with the wrong smoothie for one of them when we had to re-order. Always something with this location. This spot is as reliable as McDonald’s ice cream machine.

This Smoothie King is close to my office. The staff is always kind and helpful. Melvin was very nice and his suggestion was great this morning.
