Smoothie was terrible

Service is always great, I usually go during the week before class. I wish I knew the names of the two employees who usually help me. The only helpful criticism I have for the team is when people order larger smoothies, heavier amounts of the ingredients need to be added. I love upsize Fridays but when im already on the road and my smoothie is not made correctly, it’s super annoying & I can’t help but to think if I should’ve spent less money on a smoothie elsewhere that would’ve been made correctly. Other than that, I love this place. Im going to continue using my Smoothie King app, I just hope this problem can be rectified because I hate complaining. I just want my smoothie done correctly.

The Bananas are ROTTEN

The employees here are rude and lack basic customer service skills. On top of that, they clearly don’t know how to make smoothies—mine was completely tasteless. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend!

Came in for the first time cause I received a coupon in the mail. I think the owner is the gentleman…he acknowledged my entrance with a greeting Service was prompt and great. The place is clean with great ambiance I ordered the immune mixed berry and the vegan pine and spinach. Both tasted delicious. I’ll definitely be back again

Second time in a row I've had a problem with this store. The last time I received a tastesless medium when I paid for a large. The large was made by a different person and it was perfect. This time I received another tasteless smoothly . Both tasteless smoothlys came from the same employee. Too bad I used to enjoy coming here . The manager is friendly. I will be taking my business to a different store.

It would be a very stupid idea to get a smoothie from here for your benefit. This is not the typical spot where you get a healthy smoothie for your benefit; it is a spot full of kids with sugary drinks. No smoothie ingredients.

I have been member of smoothie king so long but the taste of this smoothie king location never match with any other location. The staff is good and makes real efforts to satisfy customers by making delicious smoothie.

While I really enjoyed the smoothie, Ryan came to my rescue when my car stopped right in the middle of the drive thru! He was so understanding and willing to help me find a solution to a problem that was not his. I am very grateful and in awe of this employee’s act of kindness!

This location is def my fave! Service here is always excellent & the staff treats me like family .. I drive about 20 mins out my way just to come here because of the service plus the smoothies made with love .. thanks smoothie king fam
