In the past few weeks.. 3 negative exeriences 1. Smoothie bowl missing 2-3 ingredients. 2. I arrive at 8:50 and the door is already locked when you close at 9pm. When he saw Me walking away he came and let me in, but why lock the door before your closing time? 3. I arrive at 8:15pm for a smoothie bowl and "the smoothie bowl section is closed". Again, you close at 9. Why stop serving bowls a whole hour early? And where is this posted? My daughter and I were excited for these....
It was a little busier than I usually see when I got there this morning. But they were on point and got the orders banged out quick. I didn't even sit there 5 minutes before my order came out. Great service at this location
Completely empty place. Placed order online and still have to 30 mins for drink. Tried having me pay again. Low quality service.
Yes I visited the Tryon location and my blendologist was Hanna!! She was exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your kind service I will be back!
Smoothies never were delivered. I order every single morning from them. You think they would make it right. Heather the manager refused to make it right, refused to let me speak with anyone but her and then was extremely rude on the phone. Told me to call doordash/uber eats even though I already spent 30mins on the phone with with them and they stated bc its placed on smoothie king app there is nothing they can do about it either. SUPPORT ANOTHER LOCATION. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks of issues

I've been here about 4 times since living in the area. Every time I have never been greeted with a smile, they just stare at you and wait for you to order. When I pay, they walk away as soon as I swipe my card. No "thank you" or anything. Of course, my smoothie is done being made. They yell out the order and walk away. They don't hand it to you or acknowledge your existence. I can go next door to Panera and they greet me every time. I am not going to frequent this location again. I am someone who tips and all, but not here. Management needs to train and hold employees accountable. Customer service is still valuable!
The customer service here is terrible, Never come back to deal with the attitudes from these kids today.
The smoothies make up for the customer service. The smoothies are again great , customer service is salty .
