My daughter and I go often, and the acia bowls are wonderful!! Staff is very friendly! This is our go to, when we have mother daughter time.

My favorite smoothie bar in the Pembroke area. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I usually get the Reese's and it legit tastes like a peanut butter cup. Same with the almond joy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Every time I go they're always sweeping and/or mopping so I know it's clean. Highly recommend!

Every time I’m in the area I pop in for a Protein bowl with extra homemade peanut butter on top. The owner is very friendly as are the rest of the employees. Also worth noting is the consistency in the quality of their products. MY protein bowl is always so delicious, regardless of who made it. Did I mention the homemade peanut butter? So good!

I can never seem to make anything at home as good as they make it there. It’s always good! And, it’s right on the way to the highway, so when I don’t have time for breakfast at home I can grab something there without going out of the way.
