We serve brisket, Smolik's sausage, pork ribs by the pound and plates. Homemade sides include potato, macaroni salad, slaw, pinto and green beans, broccoli and rice and trimmings. The market offers Smolik's fresh and dry sausage links and sticks, Smolik's beef jerky and our own smoked bacon as well as a variety of lunch meats, cheese, hamburger, chili meat. We can either handcut or saw cut boneless ribeye steaks to your order. Meat market hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM-6PM and Sat 9 AM to 3PM.
