Smokin' This and That BBQ

1000% reccomended going here!! Being that it was my first time, they let me sample all the meats before choosing. I ended up going with the pulled pork and was not disappointed! Veterans, this place makes you feel right at home.

Had the baby back ribs and they were without a doubt the best ribs I have ever bought out. Moist, Tender, and plenty of smoke flavor without being too much. I did not use any sauce l, did not need too. This will be my go too when traveling thru the Rockwood / Florence area! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot level establishment

I am from out of town, and wanted really tasty BBQ ribs. I found this joint and had to try their baby back ribs 1/2 rack. I also got corn bread and Mac&cheese. I have to say I was not impressed at all. The ribs were dry and not fall-off-the-bone. They had two sauces to choose from, and I chose the not spicy one, and it was good, but in order to enjoy the ribs, I had to smother the ribs in the sauce. The Mac&cheese and corn bread were great though. The atmosphere was nice: very local hometown and pro-cop, military, fire, ems. It was nice to see this local joint supporting its' people. However when I am in the area again, I will probably try to find another BBQ joint for my fall-off-the-bone ribs.

Good food. Very friendly. Long wait time to order. One person taking all the orders and waiting all the tables. She was working hard but needed help. Especially for prime lunch time.

Just got to try their new creamy Mac and Cheese before it officially hit the menu. Had it with brisket on their Meat N Mac. It was amazing! What a great combo and always friendly service.

The 45-minute drive is absolutely worth it, and having our son join us after his hour-long journey only adds to the anticipation. Tracy, a constant presence, embodies hospitality, engaging us in memorable conversations that enhance our dining experience. Wings were too smoked. BBQ sandwiches are always excellent! And the fact that they know to ask if you want slaw on the sandwich (southern style treat!) is awesome! Service is always AA++++!!
