Smoke and Steel

It was a great happy hour, watched some folks throwing axes while sitting at the bar. Wasn’t really hungry but ordered a few appetizers to try them out, very good! Took a doggy bag home!

Everything was cold! Couldn't find server. So was to late by the time he showed up to send anything back. Had to find him to pay

Overall, I thought the meal was very good. My waitress was very good as well. She was attentive but not a pest. If they were not 200+ miles from my front door, I would definitely visit them again. While everything tasted great the waitress was pleasant, there were a couple of minor gripes I had. The pork chop takes 35+ minutes to cook, should be noted on the menu. Second, conversation was difficult due to the noise level. Third, mobile payments are not working.

Great BBQ, super nice staff, very clean, and good atmosphere. Only down side is it reeks of weed from the dispensary next door. The burnt ends, fries, and all the sauces are great. I’m from the south and this was still amazing BBQ!

Nice restaurant, wasn't too busy. Staff was friendly too. They have axe-throwing, which we didn't try do to time, looked fun though. This was the second time I went, after a mediocre first visit, this time we loved our food. We got the hillbilly nachos which were amazing; I'm happy I gave them a second chance.

I just had the worst meal I’ve ever had. I ordered steak, potatoes and greens plus a side of dry rubes wings. Everything seemed very old. The steak I could not bite through it was so tough. The mashed potatoes were grey and cold. The wings were so dry.

Our server, Griffin, was wonderful. He gave the perfect amount of attention; he didn’t hover nor was he scarce. He was very pleasant and polite. The food was delicious. Our hostess was a sweetheart and I met one of the owners as well when I purchased a gift card to use as a raffle item this weekend. He was very kind and generous. I will definitely be returning and bringing my friends with me. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere wasn’t loud, the music was good, there was alcohol advertisements and signs but they were tasteful and moderate; it didn’t shout “drink because it’s fun” it spoke more of a “we serve alcohol but that isn’t who we are”.

Stopped in for an early dinner/ late lunch. Service was fantastic, the food - ribs were tender and had great smoke and flavor. They were smoked perfectly with good chew and spice. Selection of sauces to meet everyone’s palate. Side dishes I had Mac and cheese - better than mom ever made - but dont tell her and the baked beans…… which are nothing short of spectacular.
