Smoak BBQ is part of the Rocket Restaurant Group. We spent 2 years researching BBQ at all of the BBQ hotspots and decided Texas Style BBQ was the best and was missing from Rochester. We smoke all of our meats daily and serve the freshest product to our guests, we may run out of items at time but we would rather run out than serve you a subpar product.
