Kimberly in customer service is absolutely amazing. I had to return a pair of Levi that didn't fit right and she took such care in helping get my refund. She was 15 min away from closing and she was still so sweet and did an amazing job. That location isn't an easy location to work at and she does it with grace. Thank you so much Kimberly!!!

5:15pm on a weekday and only 2 lanes open, with no baggers. Took 15 minutes to go through the line after a few of the folks in front of us gave up.

Dirty and slow elevators. The more times you visit you notice how you and your child/ren are profiled and stalked and watched awkwardly during your shopping trip. You planned to come here often but decide to step back more and more with each shippoing trip become unpleasant. If you pay attention they never watch the male shoppers as they shop. Please stop being sexist and classist. I think my trips here will become much less frequent as the store and experience is just a bit too worn out and dirty for me. Otherwise the selection is decent and some employee provide better customer service which isn’t so discriminatory, so thank you at least for treating me like the valuable and amazing customers we are!

This has become my go-to Smiths even though there's one within a 20 min walking distance to me. It has the size and selection I love and everything is always in stock.

This place is amazing, the amount of groceries on the ground floor never leaves me wanting. The home goods and clothes on the SECOND FLOOR is spectacular. Was able to get EVERYTHING all in one stop. The sales make the prices extremely reasonable THANK YOU.
