Smallcakes of Joliet bakes and frosts 16 signature flavors every morning, fresh from scratch. We also feature seasonal and specialty flavors included in our line up daily, such as Maple Bacon, Fat Elvis, Cannoli, Tiramisu, and more. ​In addition to our cupcakes, we carry over 10 flavors of homemade small-batch ice cream which are made daily. The ice cream flavors are a nod to Smallcakes’ famous cupcake recipes. We take the great flavors of our cupcakes and turn them into an incredible, rich and creamy ice cream.
