Hafa Adai! SMACK'N Guamanian Grill is a family-owned, fast-casual restaurant dedicated to serving authentic Chamorro dishes. The SMACK in 'SMACK'N' is an acronym for 'Sudo Mesa Authentic Chamorro Kitchen'. Our family name is Sudo Mesa and we come from the village of Yona on the island of Guam. The recipes we serve have been passed down for generations and we are excited to bring a piece of our culture to you!
