A confirmed number of guests is required 2 weeks prior to event.

If client cancels an event prior to the event date, he/she will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid EXCEPT for the non-refundable deposit made.

If NO food service is required, a refundable $50 deposit is required for each grazing board at time of pick up.
