Skyline Chili is a chain of Cincinnati-style chili restaurants based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1949 by Nicholas Lambrindes, Skyline Chili is named for the view of Cincinnati's skyline that Lambrindes could see from the first restaurant, opened in Price Hill. It is also the "official chili" of the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Cylones, Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Kings Island theme park, and also sponsors the Crosstown Shootout. Famous for it's Cheese/Chili Coneys, Ways (Chili Spaghetti), and entrees continue to be made from Nicholas's original recipes, using his secret blend of spices and the highest quality ingredients.
