To replace rice: with udon and vegetables for an additional charge. Topped with a raw egg, sesame seeds, seaweeds, and your choice of protein and baked in a traditional hot stone bowl. Served with special spicy Korean sauce. Teriyaki sauce available as a non-spicy substitute. Gluten-free option available only on regular items.
