SINGAPORE'S KOMALA'S RESTAURANTS

Food is in budget...& nice.

Did a bulk booking for 20 ppl and advised them that I needed everything by 9 AM wherein they started packing itself at 9 AM only. Huge delay in getting my order prepared and that is highly not appreciated. Why should I pay and make sure that my people are hungry due to the inefficiency of Komalas?? Food was worth the money but the only issue is with the delay and they didn't gave the banyan leaf for the food which I noticed after reaching home🤦🏽‍♂️ when I asked about the delay they started playing blame games within themselves 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ are u guys serious?? And all the waiters are hindi guys who as usual doesn't understand anything which I asked...The only person who was responsible in Urapakkam branch was that Meera akka who ensured that atleast something is moving. High time to change guys. High time.
