James is a great guy and a very pleasant personality to meet. The sound equipment provided was not only top-notch but also remarkably user-friendly, requiring minimal space for setup. The service we received was nothing short of excellent, and the timing was impeccable. Thanks to James and the seamless equipment operation, our event was a resounding success. I wholeheartedly recommend his services for anyone seeking a flawless and stress-free event experience.

James was absolutely fantastic! We chose the service whereby they attended the venue to set up the system, and remove it at the end of the day. James attended the evening before having liaised directly with the venue so that we had no stresses on the day. He even let me record on my phone how to work the equipment through the day in case of there being any issues. All in all I cannot thank him enough. We will be using Simple Sounds Hire for all events!!

Was looking for speaker hire for our wedding party for ages, I was often quoted £££ but found Simple Sound Hire and it was exactly what we wanted. Good price, great communication, simple set up. They were even delivered to us in York. Thanks so much James!

The speakers we hired out were amazing! We only kept it at volume 3 and it was more than enough. Saved us so much hiring out a DJ and it ended up being way better too!! So easy to set up and James was super friendly and helpful. The mic came in super handy too!! Thank you for the amazing service :)

Was really easy and laidback organising the hire of the sound system with James and his brother Andrew was a great bloke that came and set it up on the day. Was really straight forward to use even if you’re a technophobe. Everybody was singing into the microphones consistently for every song and the sound was bang on. Had it like probably less than half the volume which was good enough for a crowd of a 100 plus. Cheers lads

I needed a PA speaker set for a speaking event in Leeds. James at Simple Sounds came back to me very quickly after I had sent a message. He had just the kit it needed. Since I was coming from Weymouth I needed to have reliable kit, James provided everything I needed and was very reassuring. I would recommend his hire business to everyone.
