Simona Specialty Coffee Club

I have been to many cities in the world and tried many cafes. This place is truly a gem. It is not just a cafe but indeed a coffee club. The variety of beans they have on the filter section is insane. Bear in mind that, coffee beans have a short shelf life and it is an investment for any cafe to have a menu like here. Filter coffee is never cheap and I appreciate they offer differ price options to help you navigate ur ideal cup of coffee. From 8€ to 17€, the highest is the competition grade! So I ordered a cup of Pink Bourbon Columbia bean, honey cabonic processed, from Sevilla. The barista came to our table and introduced us to the notes. The coffee is so water melony and tropical, it is hard to imagine I am drinking a cup of coffee. The barista here is highly skilled, the notes that he could extract from the beans are incredible. I hate that I'm too late for the party, if I had found this place earlier, I would have visited it everyday during my visit! Hope to see you all again in my next visit. El mejor croissant de mi vida. Tierno por dentro, crujiente por fuera, un sabor increíble, imprescindible pedirlo si venís a Simona. Mi marido pidió el brioche y esta exquisito también. Ambas opciones un tremendo acierto!

Café y comida muy bueno. La camarera parecía estresada pero sacó energía para ser amable y dar lo mejor de ella. Se agradece y se valora 🫶.
