Silverlake Ramen

Small location but the ramen is pretty good. Very kind waitress.

The ramen, can we talk about the ramen? If I haven't been here in a while, I always, always have to get the blaze ramen. It is spicy, creamy and delicious. My hands down favorite.

Fantastic ramen, though my personal preference is a thinner slice of the pork, lots of people love it the way they serve it here. For me it's all about the broth and I tried both the classic pork broth as well as the shoyu chicken broth. Both were delicious. But as important, our server Leah was the BEST!

The menu is good, they have everything and also vegetarian The chashu is good but too thick to chew The noodle not my taste Otherwise its a good place
