It locates at the most popular outlet in Irvine, but the price is still approachable. The service is cordial and quick. I didn't wait long after I ordered the classic ramen and fried chicken. Overall pretty good. I am glad i I went there for my 30 minutes stay at the outlet.
Waiter with face piercings and long black hair was incredibly rude. Never addressed or spoke to me and completely ignored my questions. She charged us for a drink we never got and when I asked her if she could take it off because we never got it she completely ignored me yet again. Horribly unpleasant.
Loved the ramen and atmosphere here.
Came here with family while on trip to Irvine - have heard that this is one of best ramen and wanted to try it. I would say it’s good but not fantastic. I had the classic - the broth is rich and flavorful, the noodle texture is good, not too chewy or soft. The pork was not fantastic, it had a little too much structure for ramen pork. The tamago was cooked right. Overall pretty good. We also ordered the broccolini and that was really good.
Silverlake Ramen is my absolute go-to when I'm around the Irvine Spectrum area. The ramen choices are plentiful, and they've got some fantastic vegetarian options too! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the best part? No long waits to dig into those delicious bowls. I personally love the shoyu ramen; the clear broth and tender white meat hit just the right spot. Perfect for those who are health-conscious. I'm definitely planning on making this a regular stop – can't wait to be back for more!
For two people we shared for the appetizer we had a fantastic pork bun with broccolini, as a side we enjoy the shrimp tempura with fantastic pickled ginger to compliment the dish and you can't forget about the fantastic pork ramen with an extra crispy piece of pork and a perfect creamy miso soup to compliment the ramen 10/10 all within a reasonable budget and under 20 minutes
