First time eating here, and I went with the Lanzhou ramen. Broth is absolutely delicious, I appreciate the chilli oil being separate on the table so you can add in accordance with your spice tolerance. The beef was VERY chewy and I had to spit out a lot of it due to gristle, which is a shame because it otherwise has a great flavour. Staff otherwise friendly, brought my food to the table. Will eat here again x

Extremely gutted by the pathetic racist attitude of the Chinese owner / staff!!! We are on a holiday in Norwich from London and decided to give this Chinese place a try. The first day, we ordered a large meal (rice/ noodles with 3 toppings) between my partner and I as we weren’t so hungry and wanted to share. Today, we decided to do a takeaway from here only because I’m a big fan of Chinese food and wanted to enjoy it in the comfort of our hotel room. This Chinese looking guy purely disgusted us with his racist attitude as if he was giving us free food!!! When we asked him for the spicy sauce, he appeared to have not understood what I said and when I repeated, he’s like it’s 50p extra! We got the sauce for free the previous day and the sauce is kept at every table in the restaurant - not like I have to pay before I can use it! I was taken aback at first since this is my first racist experience in the UK and that too from a Chinese origin guy! Get a life!

All I can say is, never go wrong with this place.

Disgusting. This isn't a troll review but as I got the worst food poisoning from this place Boxing Day 2023, having eaten here 3 times prior, time to speak up. I ordered from the 2nd counter of Peppercorn Chicken and Caramelised Chicken with Vegetable Noodles. The server suggested I instead choose from the 1st counter sweet n sour chicken, barbeque chicken etc. I continued with the 2nd. As I ate my meal the noodles were cold, the toppings foul and I had a "taste" of congealed food at 10.30am suggesting the food had been prepared Christmas Eve but retaken out Boxing Day 48 hours later. Coming home I was violently ill with sick both orally and (yeah) the other end for 9 hours unable to hold water. Shame on you for corner cutting for just one day. Reported this lot to Norwich City Council Health and Safety team. But a backhanded bribe to that corrupt council will sort things out no doubt. 18/02/2024 in response to Norwich City Council they did NOT contact or reply to me regarding this establishment - Signature Noodles. My symptoms were that of food poisoning and I had only dined at this business for the entire day before feeling sick and diarrhea for the next 24 hours. Norwich City Council is corrupt as they also botched investigations into residential environmental noise or gyms with no air conditioning or ventilation in air tight rooms.

Attention! My wife ordered food from this place ,she ordered wonton noodle soup and it was completely raw,and then she complained through Deliveroo they redelivered again ,and she carefully checked before ate them ,it was raw again ,because she is breastfeeding mom with my 5 weeks old boy ,she put all the food into the bin and asked for the refund,she was so disappointed if she wasn’t carefully she would have been send to the hospital with food poison,there is no common sense of the chef they don’t know the basic knowledge of food cooking time ,be aware anyone who order the food from this place ,kindly remind !
