UPDATED REVIEW: Visited again last night and had a wonderful time. Only one waitress for the whole place (they were about 80% full) but she was on point and handling all the tables with a smile and fast service. She was really a gem. Food was pretty darned good. Wife got a combo steamer platter and enjoyed it quite a bit. I got the low country boil and it was pretty solid (except the corn was pretty mushy... which I have come to expect on most low country boil plates at most places). We will be back. OLD REVIEW: The food was pretty good. I'm guessing they're suffering from the same staffing issues that a lot of restaurants are in that it's tough to find enough help. But even the help they had was seriously lacking. Some guy from the kitchen kept coming out and trying to make things better... Which helped but didn't really make up for the fact that our waitress was pretty absent. So, good food but not a good experience.
This was my second visit and I loved it.
Love coming here, the bartenders and manager are such great folks. Great place to stop after work for a drink and snack.
The food was excellent, and the service was great.
Food is awful awful aweful - but the service was excellent. I had a fish sandwich - brown lettuce, breaded cod filet. McDonalds has a better fish filet. Partner had fried shrimp - they were over seasoned and had the consistency of frozen shrimp. The steamed oysters on the 1/2 shell were ok - but a tad bit over steamed in my opinion... and chewier than I like. The wait person was excellent tho and took good care of us.
Tuna was dry and locked flavor. Wings are not good at all. Oysters were good.
1st time at this location. Food was ok. My wife had fish tacos and I had fish and chips. It was pricey. Also had clam chadder which was very good. Waitresses is very good. She was the only server working. Parking: Ok
