If I could give zero stars I would. I have (now had) been shopping at this specific ShopRite for almost 25 years. The last 4 years have seen the store and it's employees go downhill and now hit rock bottom. The front end manager was rude and inconsiderate to both me as a customer and to her employee running the register. The employee at the register has no interest in being there and wouldn't even move out of my way to get through the god forsaken checkout arrangement that is an utter failure. It's sad to see a place that used to be so well run and operated fall into the gutter. I'm surprised shop rite as a company would even want their name associated with this store. Stay away. There are better options and I'd rather pay a few dollars more to be treated like a human being and a paying customer.

Store’s layout is inconvenient and not shopper friendly. Workers don’t seem to want to help. Big black lady with the crunchy wig who identifies as management is rude and unprofessional. Dude in deli looks like a drug addict, ex con who doesn’t have a sense of urgency. Most of the female cashiers are rude. There’s a white cashiers who looks like a recovering meth addict and is rude. Just don’t shop here. I will not be shopping this location.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but yesterday my experience did not go well. I placed an online delivery order and half of the items that I ordered were cancelled because they didn’t have them in stock in the store. They didn’t even call me to tell me if I either wanted to cancel the item or offer me a substitute. If you don’t have an item in the store take it off of your website. Secondly there was another item that was on my receipt but I didn’t receive it. When I received my order there was a bag that wasn’t packed very well because they had put all of my can goods all in the same bag that it broke. My delivery driver had trouble carrying the bag and I had to help her carry the loose cans that fell out of the bag and several of my cans got dented. I called this morning about my missing item and the boy that answered the phone was not friendly at all. He sounded like he was in a hurry to get off of the phone. He gave me a refund for my missing item but he didn’t even say “I’m sorry that this happened” or anything. I will never shop at this location again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and save yourself from frustration and aggravation.

Ever since this ShopRite took out the actual cash registers/lanes and replaced them with self check out it has been a hassle. Lines are backed up into the isles because they never have more than 5 registers open and the self check out machines are awful. Not to mention there’s practically no space to bag your items.
