Shoki is a family-owned and operated restaurant and opened it's 1st ramen shop on 24th Street in 2007. Owner/Chef Yasushi's 30+ years of culinary experience and as a nutritionist is the foundation of his ramen. Using pure ingredients and handcrafting his tare (base sauce for ramen) is the reason why your will never feel guilty or sick after drinking a bowl of ramen.
