Food was good and service was good. BUT... They automatically impose service tax on their bill and they have framed a DELHI Hight court order related to service charge in the front, which is not applicable here because... this is KARNATAKA, here service charge is optional and should be removed if the consumer asks, as per CCPA guidelines. So please feel free to ask them to remove the service charge on your bill. And if the manager points to the framed Delhi court order, kindly remind that this is not Delhi, and as per Karnataka rules, they should remove it.
