Incredibly rule and unhelpful staff. Nowhere to park, place not very clean and very uninspiring atmosphere. Well worth giving it a miss and going to the next service. We purchased coffees and unfortunately by the time we started to drink them we had left the service and was back on the dual carriageway. The coffees tasted of dust and all of us had to throw them away. Possibly due to building work going on and dust getting into the machine.

wasted 20 minutes because you can't tell if the pump your using is 5 or 7. I used the shell app and there are no numbers directly on the pumps so you have to guess which pump it is based on the numbers above it and they are vertically placed. So you end up having to guess or go into the shop and ask. the assistant told me they've had this problem ever since he's been working there so why haven't they fixed it. I won't be buying from Shell again.

Very easy to misfuel and put the expensive premium diesel in by accident

Unfortunately being a shell garage I can longer recommend you. This garage and the Shell garage opposite Morrisons have led the highest prices in the Maltby/Hellaby/Brantley area for petrol & diesel.
